Tunisia played host to the 2012 Parc International des Expositions which saw business representatives come from around the world to discuss ways to better B2B connections. The eagerly awaited meeting of business minds, says Giambrone Law, was held at the prestigious Parc des Expositions du Kram convention centre.
The main discussion between companies at the convention was the exportation of Tunisian olive oil. Producers were looking to find greater inroads into various markets with Europe and Dubai at the top of the list of desirable destinations. Gabriele Giambrone reports that two law office representatives from the Tunisian location, Maitre Dhouha Allagui and Giorgio Bianco, attended the three day expo.
The Tunisian Union for Industry, Trade and Handicrafts together with the Agency for the Promotion of Industry and Innovation organized the event. Others involved in the Expo’s design were the Export Promotion Centre and the Agency for the Promotion of Foreign Investment, explains Giambrone Law.
